How do you structure fees?
We work on fixed-fee scopes wherever possible. Each proposal includes a documented statement of work, assumptions, deliverables, and timeline. Time and materials engagements are available for advisory retainers.
Do you guarantee permit approvals or audit outcomes?
No. Approvals and audit outcomes depend on agency, lender, and stakeholder decisions that no consultant can guarantee. We commit to delivering rigorous, defensible work products and to setting realistic expectations from the outset.
Do you provide environmental compliance audits for OSHA and EPA programs?
Yes. We conduct integrated EPA and OSHA program audits, deliver prioritized findings, and support corrective action implementation.
Can you support NEPA documentation for federally funded projects?
Yes. We support categorical exclusion screening, Environmental Assessments, and Environmental Impact Statement processes, including coordination with cooperating agencies and public participation.

How long does an environmental impact assessment take?
Timelines vary widely. A focused EA may take a few months; a full EIS often takes a year or more, depending on agency schedules and public comment periods. We provide indicative timelines in every proposal.
Do you provide training programs?
Yes. We deliver instructor-led, hybrid, and digital training in environmental compliance, ESG fundamentals, greenhouse gas accounting, and related topics, tailored to client operations.
How do you handle client confidentiality?
All engagements are governed by a confidentiality agreement. We do not publish client names, logos, or testimonials without explicit current written consent.
Do you accept commissions from technology or implementation vendors?
No. We do not accept vendor commissions or referral fees. Our recommendations are made on the merits and clients are free to procure implementation services from any qualified provider.
